SKRT FESTIVAL
This visual was created as part of a visual identity my teammate Isa Hurkmans and I designed for the invented international design festival SKRT. For the first edition, we chose the theme Morph, where the focus is on the all-round designer. The design student is stimulated to morph, change from the one designer type to the other. For example, from self-employed to an animator, from animator to a strong advertising woman etc. It’s an evening with six orators, each symbolised by a different shape in our visual style and each representative for a designer type. They will challenge the contestants to morph and will provide step stones for change.
I was responsible for: concept, animation, preparation and communication interviews, filming and editing. Isa focused on: concept, design SKRT logo, sound of the interviews, e-ticket, poster and website.

A short video for social media to make people excited about the festival and reveal one of the orator's names.
Interviews
Each year the festival focuses on two European countries and gives three designers of each of these countries the opportunity to talk on the event. For the first edition, Morph, everything revolves around Belgium and Germany and the festival is set in Cologne. We interviewed one German designer in Cologne, Daniel Dormann, and one Belgian designer in Ghent, Lin Seminck. These interviews are meant to put on social media to attract people to the festival.
